Windows 7 Professional (X64) OS Language: Spanish Modern Sort Scan result of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) (圆4) Version: 05-11-2012 So far I have been able to get into te command prompt and ran a scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64x and I can paste it here right now. In trying to fix this, I went to safe mode and installed Malware Bytes Anti Malware, ran a scan (curing infections), and aswMBR which also found the infection, but when I reboot I get a blue screen which won't let me start Windows in any mode. At first I got infected with luhe.sirefef but AVG ended up detecting both sirefef, and win64/patched.a (in services.exe).

I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64x (up to date).
